The Bavarian Graduate Program in Economics (BGPE) is a doctoral program aimed at doctoral students of economics primarily at participating Bavarian universities.
The BGPE invites doctoral students in economics to participate in its courses and workshops where they can meet the best researchers in the field. The BGPE runs a guest program to attract international researchers to Bavaria. Doctoral students can use the BGPE discussion paper series to distribute their research. Outstanding doctoral students from participating Bavarian universities can apply for the »BGPE Doctoral Student« status.
The BGPE is based on the cooperation of academic researchers from Bavarian universities and other renowned centers of economic research in Bavaria.
